This camp is designed to provide an introduction to the basic fundamentals of Wilderness survival techniques. The course is structured but conducted in a fun and informal environment under the guidance of our enthusiastic and professional instructors.

COURSE OBJECTIVE:-
The course incorporates the following elements:
• Knife skills - Introduction to the bush craft knife and saw, its uses including basic carving and cutting skills.
• Shelter building - constructing a bivvy shelter, including useful knots.
• Traditional fire making techniques - learning to use a fire-steel / flint and steel with a variety of tinders.
• Backcountry cooking - food preparation and natural cooking apparatus / techniques.
• Sourcing materials and uses - collecting tinder and identifying appropriate materials for various uses.

HEALTH & FITNESS REQUIREMENT

Participant should be physically fit and does not have any serious medical condition.
Participant is required to go for jogging and do some basic aerobic exercises before joining the course.
Participants are required to bring their medicines if prescribed by the doctor and inform us about the medical condition before joining the course.
It is mandatory to fill the medical form and submit it along the registration form.
Medical form should be certified by MBBS Doctor only.

CLOTHING & EQUIPMENTS

Participant is required to bring certain clothing & equipments which are listed below:
• Rain coat or poncho- 1
• Full length Socks- 2 pair
• Track suit- 1 set
• Trekking shoes or Sports shoes- 1 pair
• Towel
• Toiletries
• Cap
• Water bottle
• Head Lamp or torch with extra batteries
• Back pack
• Under garments as per requirement

FIRST AID SUPPLIES
First aid will be provided by the staff. However, you are requested to bring your own personal medication if prescribed by the doctor.

COURSE REGISTRATION AND FEE PAYMENT

In order to confirm a place on the course, we require a completed registration form & medical fitness certificate and a deposit of the course fee.
Fee can be paid either through Demand Draft/Online Transfer/Cash Deposit.

REFUND POLICY :
The fee is non-refundable.
